From problem to product

What could you build?

Ambitious projects you can build. In 20 weeks you ship a working MVP — you set the scope with your mentor.

Concept interface for Legislative radar

Legislative radar

Tracks work in the Sejm: AI summarises bills, parliamentary prints and votes, and alerts industries to changes that affect them.

MVP: data from the public Sejm API, summaries with citations to the source document, sector alerts, summary-quality evaluation.

Concept interface for Media analytics: one event, many angles

Media analytics: one event, many angles

Gathers news from many outlets, groups it into stories and shows how different media frame the same event — with claims flagged for fact-checking.

MVP: RSS ingestion, story clustering, side-by-side framing, claim extraction with links to every source.

Concept interface for Legal research assistant

Legal research assistant

Answers legal questions using court rulings and legal acts, citing case numbers and exact passages — and showing how case law has evolved.

MVP: an index of public rulings and acts (ELI), semantic search, answers with citations, a test set of legal questions. Speeds up a lawyer’s work.

Concept interface for Scam shield

Scam shield

Checks suspicious texts, e-mails and links and explains in plain language whether it may be a scam — a fake parcel fee, the “grandchild” trick — and what to do next.

MVP: message and link analysis, explanations for non-technical users, a library of known schemes, tests on real and fake messages.

Concept interface for Energy optimiser for homes and small businesses

Energy optimiser for homes and small businesses

Uses dynamic electricity prices, the weather forecast and meter data to plan when to charge the car, heat water or run equipment — and calculates the savings.

MVP: consumption data import, hourly prices from public sources, a recommended schedule, a savings dashboard.

Concept interface for Voice booking agent

Voice booking agent

A voice assistant answers calls for a clinic or salon, checks free slots in the calendar and books the visit — think Booksy meets ElevenLabs.

MVP: voice conversation, calendar integration, hand-off of difficult cases to a person, tests on recorded calls.

From problem to product

Big companies also started with one problem

Booksy, ElevenLabs and Airbnb did not start as finished companies but with a specific annoyance, a small test and fast learning. It is the same way of thinking you practise on the course.

Working together at a computer

One-to-one in every course

You learn one-to-one, not in a crowd

One-to-one teaching, pair coding and mentorship: basic course 120 h, full course 300 h, extended course 450 h. Practitioners from engineering, product and business work on your project, answer your questions and set the pace around you.

Learn from practitioners who build and launch products

Startup experience, not just teaching experience

Our instructors are entrepreneurs and startup builders themselves. Their experience spans numerous launches of their own products and other teams’ projects — at different stages and in founder, engineering and product roles.

That is the perspective they bring to your project: not only how to write code, but what to build, how to test its value and when to simplify.

Working together on a project
01

From an idea to validation

Problem discovery, user conversations and choosing what is actually worth building.

02

From a prototype to an MVP

Architecture, code, AI integrations and scope decisions — with a product owner's perspective.

03

From launch to iteration

Feedback, iteration, priorities and technical risk as a project develops.
