AI Product Engineering Essentials

A fast startup start: in 8 weeks from an idea and customer conversations to an AI prototype, a landing page and a first demand test.

€4,450 · PLN 19,450 · 2 months · 240 h of learning

For companies: €3,618 net (PLN 15,813) + 23% VAT

Online · one-to-one · taught in Polish or English · starts on the second Monday of every month.

Applying takes 2 minutes. First a short call and diagnostic, then the agreement — there’s no commitment when you apply.

What you will learn

  • Pick one specific problem and talk to customers — recording the findings that disprove your hypothesis too (weeks 1–2)
  • Design one key scenario and the criteria that tell you the prototype works (week 3)
  • Connect an interface to a model API and check AI-assisted code (week 4)
  • Prepare test examples, AI response checks and data-protection basics (week 5)
  • Show the working prototype to users and record what they do (week 6)
  • Estimate API usage, document risks and measure demand: sign-ups, conversations, purchase intent (weeks 7–8)

Problems you will solve

  • Does this idea have a market — before you spend money building it?Customer conversations and an offer test on a landing page give you evidence — negative too — in the first weeks.
  • How do you show customers and investors something that works in 8 weeks? One scenario instead of a whole product: an AI prototype, user tests and a demo in week 8.
  • What will it cost to run the AI feature? In week 7 you estimate API usage and document limitations before deciding to build further.

How it differs from the full course

Not included here

  • A full application with accounts, a database and CI/CD — you build a one-scenario prototype.
  • RAG, extended AI evaluation and production monitoring.
  • A launch with first users, pricing, positioning and a sales plan.
  • A capstone defense — you finish with a demonstration and review in week 8.

What you gain

  • An answer on whether the idea has a market in 2 months instead of 5.5.
  • An AI prototype and landing page to show customers and investors.
  • The same rhythm: every week 3 h of one-to-one sessions, 6 h of pair coding and 6 h of mentorship.
  • A lower price — and if you move up to the full course, what you paid counts.

Hours and weekly rhythm

240 h over 8 weeks — about 30 h a week (roughly 6 h each weekday). One-to-one sessions, pair coding on your product and mentorship make up half the week; the rest is recordings, materials, assignments and your own work on the project.

Instructor chat and materialsAt every stage you have access to a chat with your instructors and to all course materials — recordings, documentation and examples. You don't wait for the next session when you get stuck — we answer in the chat within 1 working day. The materials stay with you after the course, with no time limit.

Stretch tasksFor the ambitious: optional stretch tasks and extensions within the course. They never affect passing — take on as much as fits without overloading yourself.

Prerequisites

No programming experience required — you write code with an AI assistant, and we teach you to read and check it. Entry diagnostic; 30 h per week (about 6 h each weekday).

You need a suitable laptop and a separate budget for AI tools, APIs and hosting — about USD 20–50 a month. Placement is not automatic.

Intended outcomes

  • An AI prototype and a landing page
  • Demand evidence from customer conversations and an offer test
  • A plan for building the product and selling further

Program areas / modules

  • Problem and validation
  • Prototyping and UX
  • Application and API basics
  • AI integration and quality checks
  • User testing and iteration
  • Documentation and demonstration

Weekly stage outline

  1. Week 1

    Problem, user and hypothesis

Choose a specific problem, set up a repository and a safe AI workflow.

  2. Week 2

    Interviews and problem validation

Collect interview evidence; test assumptions, including those not confirmed.

  3. Week 3

    Prototype scope and user flow

Design one scenario and criteria for a working prototype.

  4. Week 4

Interface, API and first AI integration

Connect a small interface to an API; verify AI-assisted code.

  5. Week 5

Data, sources and basic AI tests

Prepare test examples, response checks and data-protection basics.

  6. Week 6

    Working prototype and user testing

Show the working flow to users and record observations.

  7. Week 7

Landing page, demand test and costs

Launch a landing page with your offer and measure demand: sign-ups, calls, purchase intent. Improve the prototype, estimate API usage and document risks.

  8. Week 8

    Demonstration and final review

Present the prototype, validation and demand evidence, tests and decisions; discuss next steps.

Final review and certificate

Week 8: demonstrate a working prototype and landing page, problem-validation and demand evidence (including negative findings), basic tests, costs and limitations, and explain your own decisions.

You receive a Certificate of Completion after passing the course's final review. It lists your hours, assessed competencies and project title.

Compare the three courses

The same weekly rhythm and the same support — what differs is the scope and what you finish with. You can start any course from zero.

A little clarity

Good questions.
Honest answers.

Choosing a course is a real commitment. Here are a few things worth knowing first.

All frequently asked questions
Which course should I choose?

The basic course (2 months) if you want to test an idea fast: customer conversations, an AI prototype and a demand test. The full course (5.5 months) if you want the whole route from a problem through a product to first sales. The extended course (7 months) if you want to go further: growth, AI costs, security and scale. You can also start with the basic course and move up later, paying only the price difference. You don't have to decide alone — we'll match the course on a call before you enrol.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You can start any of the three courses from zero — you write code with an AI assistant, and we teach you to read, check and explain it. We set the pace in the entry diagnostic: starting from zero, more time goes to the basics; if you already code, you move on faster to architecture and AI.

How much time does it take?

About 30 hours a week — roughly 6 hours each weekday. The full course is 20 programme weeks in 5.5 months — the 4 spare weeks cover holidays, illness, rescheduled sessions and support after launch. Every week includes 3 h of one-to-one sessions, 6 h of pair coding on your product and 6 h of mentorship; the rest is recordings, materials, assignments and work on your own product. Optional stretch tasks are there for the ambitious — they never affect passing.

How is this different from a bootcamp or an online course?

You don't build a tutorial project. You pick a real problem, test it with people and build your own product — learning each technology when your product needs it. Every week you work one-to-one with a practitioner, and you're assessed on your code, demos and a defense, not quizzes.

When and where are the sessions?

Online, at times agreed with you (CET/CEST): every week 3 h of one-to-one sessions, 6 h of pair coding and 6 h of mentorship — live and as code and product reviews. Between sessions you have an instructor chat and access to the materials. In-person sessions are only for team training.

What language is the program in?

Polish or English — you choose when you enrol.

Before enrolment

Tuition covers one-to-one teaching, pair coding, mentorship, reviews, the certificate and access to the materials with no time limit. AI tool subscriptions, API usage and hosting for your product are paid separately — about USD 20–50 a month.
